Flight Instructor

North Florida Flight Training periodically hires experienced Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) and Certified Instrument Instructors (CFIIs).  We are looking for motivated, organized, professional flight instructors with some dual-given experience.  Glass cockpit experience is preferred, but not required.  Our instructors work full time and are asked to be available for instruction on weekends and nights.  Pay is very competitive and bonuses are awarded for the recruitment of new students.

North Florida Flight Training is committed to providing clean and well-maintained aircraft for our student and renter pilots.  Our line personnel are an integral part of our operation: each aircraft receives a full wash once or twice a month, windshields are cleaned and interior is vacuumed daily, oil is filled and stocked, leather is polished and trash is removed as often as necessary.  This is usually a part time position, but could possibly work into full time with the addition of office janitorial duties.

Front Desk Staff

Friendly, professional, well-organized and self-motivated people make North Florida Flight Training the premier Cessna Pilot Center in North Florida.  Our front desk staff schedules and dispatches airplanes, sells flight lessons, manages aircraft utilization, coordinates staff and students, ensures TSA-compliance of pilot records, administers Lasergrade and Prometric certification exams, and, generally, runs the show.  Come be part of our team and get an inside look at the business of flight training.
